Cancellation& Refund Policy:

1. No Cancellation / No Refund

Once tickets are booked, no cancellation or refund will be permitted under any circumstances.

2. Postponement or Cancellation by Air Bounce

In the rare case that an event or session is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by Air Bounce due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues, weather conditions, or safety concerns), customers will be offered either:

A rescheduled ticket for another available date and time, or A full refund of the ticket amount.

3. Refund Timeline

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment.

4. Final Decision

All decisions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds made by Air Bounce shall be final and binding.
